Biographical Note:
Nikos Metallinos teaches at Concordia University in the areas of Television Production, Media Criticism and Aesthetics, and Research Methods in Visual Communication Media. His research, which centers on the aesthetic principles governing visual communication media, are based on his work in the fields of perceptual psychology, neurophysiology, cognitive psychology, and art composition. In his experimental research methodologies, Metallinos employs, among others, psycho-physiological measuring devices.
